The children of Sarah Willatt's uncle John Benson

Sarah Willatt died young, only 29 years of age, not even 2 years after she had given birth to her only child George Frederick. Thus, though - and this is remarkable, unfortunately the only remarkable fact which we know about her rather short life -, she was the only one of the 18 grandchildren of Arthur Benson of Blackbeck who had any offspring at all. Some of her siblings and cousins died very young, much younger than she did, some of them grew very old, but barely any of them married, none of them had any children (see below). Thus her son became the heir of the entire possessions of the three branches of the Benson family.
